DJ and her parents chose GRE despite the 4+ hour travel time to our Chardon office. The Kings were very dissatisfied with the quality of prosthetic in their area and through researching best prosthetic choices, found GRE online. Via an initial skype call, the Kings were very excited to have Vince take care of DJ’s prosthetic care and were impressed with how Vince listened to their needs and his thorough prosthetic care plan for DJ! DJ’s Letter to GRE
When I was 7 I lost my leg in a tractor accident. When I lost my leg, I didn’t let it keep me down.
If we had to rate G.R.E, it would be 10/10, the experience was more than I expected. There wasn’t one person we saw, or two, but several. They all worked together to come up with what I needed and make it happen.
I loved how I was treated at G.R.E. I felt special. Please treat all your patients as well as you did me.
All the workers and engineers came out from the back to meet me. My mom, and dad tells everyone about G.R.E, how they adjusted their schedule for three days straight to fit me in.
